This session looks at micro-editing: creating simple, clear and comprehensible sentences that illuminate, rather than obscure, the central ideas of your research. We will look at grammar issues, good sentence structures, and some common errors in research writing. We will also consider proof-reading strategies.
This workshop forms part of the unit WRS6000 - Writing and Reading Skills for Researchers. All ECU higher degree by research students are welcome to attend even if you are not enrolled in WRS6000.
