There are losses we speak about.And then there are the ones we carry in silence —
the ones that live in our bodies, in our breath, in the spaces no one sees.
The Gentle Return is a women’s circle for those quiet griefs.
For the woman grieving a loved one, a pet, a relationship, or a part of herself that she’s had to let go.
This is not about moving on.
It’s about being met, gently —
in your sadness, your softness, and your slow becoming.
I’ve created this space so you don’t have to hold it all alone.
