Spend a relaxed afternoon exploring the many faces of Montepulciano with The Full Monte Experience – a guided tasting hosted by Kimbolton winemaker Nicole Clark. You’ll enjoy three 75ml pours of Montepulciano in its most charming forms: a sparkling red, crisp rosé, and a rich table red.Each wine is thoughtfully matched with a South Australian cheese, selected to showcase the varietal’s versatility and regional character and includes house made focaccia and nibbles.
Not familiar with Montepulciano? It’s a bold, fruit-forward Italian red grape known for its plush texture, deep colour, and food-friendly personality – especially when grown in South Australia's warm climate.
Meet Your Host: Nicole Clark is a fifth-generation vigneron and the Managing Director of Kimbolton Wines, based in Langhorne Creek. Together with her brother, Brad Case, she oversees the vineyards, cellar door, and wine label.
