Join Cass (Music for the Mind) for this 90 minute hoop drum circle 'Rhythms & Soul' to deepen your connection to your body, mind & spirit through the transformative & healing sounds of the hoop and/or frame drum. Together we will create empowering rhythms allowing you to step out of 'real time' for awhile to release your creative expression & nurture your sacred self through drumming, which can induce a meditative effect. Each circle explores a theme. Drums are available if you do not have one. You will learn playing techniques. Drumming is a beautiful heart opening practice and connects us all to something greater. Cass is a musician (BMus) with a special interest in the transformative & healing qualities of rhythm. She has completed varying Drum Circle Facilitator courses to create something special for you.
