Why Grade?
Grading ensures that players are placed in teams that best match their current skill level, giving everyone the opportunity to enjoy the game and develop their abilities. Netball grading is a fair and structured process designed to promote competitive balance by grouping players or teams of similar skill levels together. Player abilities are assessed through grading sessions and coach reports, helping us place them in a team and division that supports both their current level and future growth. Independent selectors assess players across both grading days, so attending both sessions is strongly encouraged.
