On behalf of Alphacrucis University College, we warmly invite you to join us at the Sydney launch of "Against Tyranny" (Connor Court Publishing, The Western Australian Jurist, Vol. 13, 2025), edited by Professor Augusto Zimmermann and Joshua Forrester.Date: Monday, 18 August 2025

The event will be introduced by Professor Augusto Zimmermann, Foundation Dean of Law at Alphacrucis, prolific author, and former WA Law Reform Commissioner.
We are honoured to host Emeritus Professor Rex Ahdar (University of Otago), distinguished legal academic and expert in Law & Religion, as our guest speaker.
Chairing the evening is Sophie York, barrister, lecturer in Jurisprudence and Legal Ethics in the Law Extension Committee (LEC) at Sydney University.
Entry is free, but registration is essential.
Signed copies of the book will be available for purchase on the night – $45 (cash only)
