Comic & Zine workshop
About
Come and join us for a relaxed drawing and writing session where we will be creating comics and zines.We will demo how to make a folded zine from one sheet of paper, give tips on creating characters or imaginary worlds and how to structure a short story.
We will also share info about taking part in our collaborative stall at PAPERCUTS Comic Festival in September, where you can share your comic or zine with the world!
The workshop is for all school age children, although younger ones might need some support from their adult. No drop and go - you are responsible for your children at all times.
The workshop will be held at the Project Create home education community space at 78 Nicols Rd., Carey Gully. We you arrive at the property, don't go to the house, drive down the long driveway to the big sheds at the bottom. There is plenty of space for parking.
