France trip 2026 - Information evening

We are thrilled to share some exciting news with you: the Language Acquisition Department is planning a France Tour for next June/July 2026! While dates are still to be confirmed, the trip is expected to depart in the final week of Term 2 and run for approximately 15 days.Here’s a brief overview of the itinerary:
🇫🇷 French Language & Culture Tour
11-day immersion in Nice, on the stunning French Riviera, featuring sightseeing, cultural activities, French lessons, and homestays with local families
Followed by 4 days in Paris, experiencing the iconic landmarks and grandeur of the capital
Includes a day trip to the Somme WWI Battlefield, deepening students’ historical and cultural understanding
This trip is open to Year 9 and Year 10 students in 2025 who will be continuing their French studies in 2026 (i.e., Year 10 and Year 11 French students in 2026).
