We would love your help and support to get Astin and Arlee to the World Teen CrossFit Games in Ohio Columbus on the 22nd-23rd of August 2025. This is Astin's 2nd year but now in the 16-17year females division. Arlee is making her debut as she is finally old enough in the 14-15year female divison. The wod is a hyrox inspired workout with a splash of crossfit, though there is options for all fitness levels and abilities. It will be a fantastic morning of Fitness with like minded individuals. A massive thanks to the legends at Vidafit Yeppoon for hosting this event for us! What a Community xx
