Improv is not just about the game. Enjoy a different style of play. Lean into vulnerability and drama skills to explore how to get most out of your time in the spotlight.Want to:

If you want learn the Chicago style, and Harold longform then this is a good starting point.
Topics
All topics may be explored as relevant to the scene, and comfortable for the improvisors. This might include strong points of view and emotion, more explicit language and content, swearing, flirtation and sex.Physical contact
Medium contact, touch limited intimate and no contact stage fighting. Think behaviour in social settings with friends, family, partners, dating. Examples of but not limited to: Touching arms, shoulders, hugs, holding hands, dancing with one another, kiss on the cheek or lips, or other agreed upon touches with which acquaintances would be comfortable. All fighting in slow motion with distance between actors.Content

On the Fly is South Australia's leading improvisational training organisation.Prerequisites
Completion of four terms with On the Fly including Intro to Impro, Scenework Foundations, Fearless Focused and Fun, Physicality and Stagecraft, or equivalent as discussed with the artistic director. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable, loose-fitting clothing so as to facilitate movement. Our classes involve verbal communication and physical movement, and participants are encouraged to participate to whatever extent their comfort permits.
