TMAG Teacher Bites: Exploring Antarctica
Join TMAG educators for an engaging online session exploring the Islands to Ice exhibition. Discover Tasmania’s role as a gateway to Antarctica and unpack themes of ecology, climate change, and science as a human endeavour. This session aligns with key strands of the Australian Curriculum, including Science (Biological and Earth and Space Sciences), Geography, and the Sustainability cross-curriculum priority.
What you’ll get:
• Deepen your knowledge and understanding about Antarctica through a live gallery walkthrough with an expert TMAG educator.
• Preview TMAG’s loanable resources that you can use with your learners in the gallery and your classroom
• Access a curated Padlet with relevant education resources and links
