SACIM is a non-profit organisation whose main objective is to assist sick children from Mauritius or Rodrigues in need of specialist, life-saving surgery. These surgeries cannot be performed in the public health system and must be conducted either in a private institution in Mauritius or overseas. SACIM provides much needed financial support to these children to have a better chance of survival.
Proceeds from the SACIM annual Dinner Dance enables the identified medical cases to be funded.
