Transit fees cover the cost of tea and coffee, Foxtel subscriptions and upkeep of First Fleet Mess assets and furniture.The cost of transit fees is $5.00 per day up to a maximum of $25.00. The payment of transit fees relies on members adherence to Defence Values and Behaviors and imitating the process to conduct payment.
Transit fee payments are audited on a bi-monthly basis by the First Fleet Mess Service Funds Manager.
