Join Dr Sarah Oxford and Carmen Schroder from the Institute for Safety, Compensation and Recovery Research (ISCRR) as they discuss how we can design and deliver research that supports psychological safety across the board, for both participants and researchers.This 30-minute webinar offers a high-level introduction to an organisation-wide approach to safe research practice. Drawing on principles from trauma-informed care, psychosocial hazard prevention, best practice ethics, and reflective practice, Sarah and Carmen will explore what’s driving the need for safer research environments, and how to embed safety from the ground up.
