The Ctrl Your Scroll Workshop - 27 July, 6:30-7:30pm in the Pastoral Centre (behind the Church).The workshop is a research based, youth-led program that explores the impact which technological devices are having on our wellbeing. The workshops draw on lived experience and evidence based research to work with participants to develop a greater understanding of these effects, whilst also providing real-life effective strategies to reduce screen time and improve wellbeing.
