As part of our Education Queensland Outreach program a limited opportunity for Year 7 & 8 dance students is available to participate in an ACARA curriculum-based workshop on Friday 8 August, 4pm (Term 3 Week 4) at QACI. The $15 workshop also includes dinner and two tickets (student and parent) to attend the Arriving At Dance showcase taking place on Friday 8 August, 6:30pm. There is limited availability for this workshop and bookings are essential.Students are invited to engage in a contemporary dance workshop exploring key techniques and expressive skills facilitated and led by Australasian Dance Collective Teaching Artist, Bella Hood. Bella Hood is a visionary contemporary dance artist and educator known for her innovative choreography and dynamic performances across Australia. As co-founder of kin dance company and a gifted teaching artist, she brings a rich, holistic approach to movement that inspires dancers of all levels.
