IMPACT Co-Refection Groups
About
Lived–Living Experience (LLE) Co-Reflection Groups bring together up to six participants in small, facilitated circles where each person’s story and insight are honoured as expertise. Operating across three parallel groups, these sessions offer:A safe space for LLE workers, students and advocates to share challenges, successes and emerging ideas.
Prompts that encourage deep listening, mutual support and collaborative problem solving.
Opportunities to develop collective meaning from lived experience and to build practical skills in reflective practice.
Through regular co-reflection, these groups strengthen individual resilience and foster leadership confidence. Participants not only gain fresh perspectives on their own practice but also contribute to a living repository of shared wisdom. Over time, this approach builds a network of reflective practitioners who can support one another, model best practice, and amplify the voice of lived experience across the sector.
