The IMPACT Community of Practice is a dedicated space for Lived–Living Experience (LLE) leaders, emerging leaders, and those in formal or informal leadership roles to come together, reflect, and grow. This peer-led space supports courageous conversations about shared decision making, influence, and integrity in LLE work, especially within systems that have not always welcomed our voices.Together, we explore what leadership looks like when grounded in lived experience values: collective care, humility, accountability, and disruption of systemic harm. Whether you're in management, mentoring others, driving change, or just beginning to step into leadership—this space is for you.
