8:30AM: 60-minute Yogalates Flow, all levels
A high energy and full body workout that blends the dynamic flow of power vinyasa with the strengthening and functional movement of Pilates
9:30AM: Morning tea served
Includes a savoury item, a sweet item, fruits and a tea and coffee station
10:00AM: Jewellery beading session
Think friendship bracelets, but make it chic - get creative and crafty as we make beaded jewellery and mingle along the way
