All staffAfter the training, staff will have a better understanding of their individual rights and responsibilities. They will also have clearer expectations about the role of their managers and other players in the internal complaint process.
The training will include:
• Understanding the relevant law and recent developments(including positive duty and sexual harassment)
• What is considered to be harassment, sexual harassment, discrimination, bullying and victimisation?
• What is not bullying ? ie the rights of managers to deal with performance issues
• Awareness of what to do should you be experiencing inappropriate behaviour
• Role of bystanders
• Understanding and using the internal resolution process
