About
The Netball Skills Academy is a dynamic program for players 9-10yrs incorporating essential movement skills (balance & landing from a jump, leap, hop and sprint) and core ball skills (catch plus chest, shoulder, bounce & lob pass). These skills are applied to fundamental attack principles (variety of leads, combining with others, ball progression downcourt) and defence strategies (1:1 marking, contesting & intercepting and recovery to 3ft).Find Your Spark has coached hundreds of players and this Netball Academy will assist more players to make representative and higher selection. This program is designed for players who love their nettie, want to improve and have the desire to progress along the netball pathway. Groups are small allowing for close interaction between player and coach.
