Building lean muscle is one of the most powerful things we can do to support our long-term health as women.Muscle is crucial for metabolic health, hormone balance, bone density, and protecting our body as we age. From 30s onwards, muscle mass naturally begins to decline, making resistance training one of the most important forms of preventative healthcare.
This 2-hour Intro to Lifting Workshop is designed to give you the knowledge, practical skills, and confidence to start lifting weights safely and effectively, with a focus on women’s physiology.
What to expect:
✨ Learn and practise the fundamental compound lifts — hip thrusts, deadlifts, squats, chest press, chin ups etc.
✨ Understand how to structure your training to support your goals
✨ Evidence-informed advice on technique, progressive overload, and recovery
✨ Tips on how to fuel your body to optimise performance and muscle growth
