About
Visit us at the Melbourne Tram Museum, volunteer-managed and operated, to explore the history of Melbourne's trams. Please book your tickets before coming to visit us; this will ensure we can accommodate you. Allow up to an hour to visit the Museum. We have a well-stocked shop selling souvenirs, books and models.Children are welcome, but please no running, jumping off trams or swinging on handrails, strap hangers etc. Please be mindful of our heritage trams.
We are open on the nominated days, including one Wednesday a month. Visitor numbers are restricted to provide a comfortable visit and allow our volunteers to answer questions and provide information to you.
