TO BE HELD BETWEEN SCHOOL WEEKS 8-10 (T3).Meeting with the STIE (Support Teacher of Inclusive Ed.), Classroom teacher and parents to discuss student's personalised learning plan (PLP) for 2025.
During the meeting, we will:
✅ Share observations from both home and school about your child’s learning and wellbeing.
✅ Discuss any adjustments and strategies currently in place in the classroom.
✅ Explore what is working well and areas for further support.
✅ Plan the next steps in your child’s personalised learning journey.
