STROKE CLINIC - SQUAD PREPARATION
Is your swimmer finishing up their Learn to Swim levels and showing a love for the water? It’s time to dive into the next exciting chapter : squad swimming!
Our Swim Squad Prep Clinic is designed especially for young swimmers who are ready to make the transition from Learn to Swim into squad training. This clinic bridges the gap by building confidence, fitness, and technical skills in a fun, supportive environment.
What your swimmer will gain:
✅ Stroke correction and technique refinement
✅ Introduction to squad-style training and terminology
✅ Starts, turns, and streamline skills
✅ A clear understanding of what to expect in a squad program
Date: 23/09/2025 and 30/09/2025
Time: 9 am - 10 am
Location: Caloundra Aquatic Centre
Suitability: Achievers 2, Mini Squad, School program
Price: $140
Equipment: Fins, Sunscreen, Water Bottle, and Morning Tea
