IMPORTANT notes for all participants and attendees :

1. Participant must report at the venue at 12:30 pm on Sunday 7 September 2025.

2. Door open for attendees at 1:30 pm.

Competition Details
🕺Dance Style: Classical and Hip Hop

🎶 Age Categories - Junior (under 12 years)  Senior (above 13 years)
💃🏼 Perform as Solo or Group (Minimum 5 members and Maximum 12 members per group)

🎥 Audition Video Submission Deadline: 28 August 2025
📩 Submit your high-quality 2-mins freshly choreographed video to support@togethervsmile.com.au
⚠️ Low-quality or blurred videos will be rejected.
🏆 The judges’ decision will be final.

Performance Time Limits:

• Solo Dance: 1.5 – 2.5 minutes

• Group Performance: 3 – 4 minutes

⏳Important: All performances must adhere to the specified time limits. Exceeding the limit may result in penalties or disqualification.

Terms & conditions for participation and audience

1. All tickets (for participants and audience seating) are non-refundable. Once payment is made, refunds or transfers will not be permitted under any circumstances.
2. The registration fee covers participation only. It does not include audience seating (unless separately booked), insurance, travel expenses or any other additional costs.
3. Registrations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited availability.
4. No registrations will be accepted after the submission deadline.
5. Minimum 6 teams participation is required in each dance style & age categories to compete, if not enough teams registered in each categories then the categories will be merged together for participation depending on the registrations received by 28 August 2025.
6. All performances must adhere to the specified time limits. No exceptions will be granted.
7. If a performance includes more than 12 participants (including individuals entering/exiting the stage, prop handlers, or brief appearances), prior approval from the organisers is required.
8. Participants must submit their performance music in a compatible format. Submission guidelines, including format and deadline, will be communicated via email in advance.
9. Props are permitted; however, the use of fire, hazardous materials, glitter, shimmer, and color powders is strictly prohibited. All props must receive prior approval from the organizing team before use on stage.
10. Props must be set up within a maximum of 2 minutes and removed within 2 minutes after the performance to ensure smooth event flow.
11. Performances will be evaluated based on the following:

• Choreography 🎭

• Synchronization ⏳

• Creativity & Concept 🎨

• Costume Presentation 👗

• Energy & Expressions 🔥

• Props Usage 🎭

1. All decisions made by the judges are final and binding. No appeals or disputes will be entertained.
2. Participants are responsible for managing and bringing their own costumes and props. The organisers will not be held liable for any lost or misplaced items.
3. All prizes and awards are non-transferable and must be claimed in person on the event day.
4. Togethervsmile reserves the right to entry and admission at the venue.
