FAQ's

𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐝𝐨 𝐈 𝐠𝐞𝐭 𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐬?

Tickets can be purchased online via Trybooking. Once your online ticket purchase is complete you will receive an email with your e-ticket attached (tickets will be scanned upon entry on the day). If you are purchasing multiple tickets you will receive multiple e-tickets.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨 𝐈 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐝𝐨 𝐨𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐈 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞 𝐦𝐲 𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐤𝐞𝐭?

o Print your ticket so it can be scanned upon entry

o Have your valid ID ready for entry/ticket scanning

o Do not delete or share your e-ticket as this is your event ticket

o If you have bought multiple tickets, distribute them to each attendee prior to entry. Please be aware that each e-ticket has its own unique scanning code and is an individual ticket.

𝐈 𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐚𝐧 𝟏𝟖+ 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭, 𝐃𝐨 𝐈 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐟 𝐚𝐠𝐞?

Yes, you must be 18 or older to attend, with either a valid passport, SA Driver’s License or SA Proof of age card. No other forms of ID will be accepted. Attendees with a valid ticket but without an acceptable form of ID will be refused entry and no refunds will be given.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 Day 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭?

The doors will be open from 12pm and no tables will be reserved, it is first in best dressed for seating. 
No tables are to be moved from their fixed position. 

𝐈𝐟 𝐈 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐧𝐨 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐫 𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐈 𝐝𝐨?

Tickets to the 2025 AFL Grand Final at The Cumby are non-refundable. If you can no longer attend and want to sell your ticket, you must send the original ticket to the new ticket holder for use on the day. If you purchase an on-sold ticket, the original ticket holder must send you the valid ticket for use on the day. The Cumby accepts no responsibility for the validity of tickets purchased through third parties.

𝐀𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐛𝐞𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐫

• Responsible service of alcohol procedures will be in place throughout the event at The Cumby before/after the event.

• The Hotel’s standard risk management plan will be in effect.

• The event organiser reserves the right to remove a patron from event for antisocial behaviour without a refund.
