Internationally renowned French virtuoso Ingrid Riollot has been enchanting audiences around the world with the expressive beauty of her performances.A hidden gem in our Esperance community, Ingrid is now sharing her magic with us in a rare treat - an intimate, exclusive debut in Esperance of her new solo album "Travel Notes", live at Lucky Bay Brewing.
To complement the evening’s music, guests will enjoy a carefully curated dining experience by our chef Sam:
• Canapés on arrival – a trio of delicate bites to begin the night
• Main course:
Lemon & tarragon butter roasted chicken with warm potato, pea & chorizo salad, parsnip purée and crisps, finished with a seeded mustard cream sauce
or
(v) Roasted vegetable parcel with wilted greens, beetroot & walnut hummus, and capsicum purée
• Dessert – Dark chocolate set pannacotta, caramelised oranges, white chocolate mousse, raspberry purée, hazelnut & caramel shard, and cookie ice cream
