Writing workshop led by Billilla Studio Artist Cassy Polimeni.

Ever wanted to write for children? This creative writing workshop is designed to tap into the power of memory and the magic of imagination through a series of fun writing prompts to get ideas flowing. You will leave the workshop with a goldmine of new material ready to develop, along with guidelines for developing it into a children's story.

Cassy Polimeni is a children's author and Billilla Artist in Residence. Her books, including The Garden at the End of the World and Ella and the Amazing Frog Orchestra, have been longlisted for the CBCA Book of the Year and shortlisted for the Wilderness Society Environment Prize for Children's Literature.
