Thank you for your interest in participating as an exhibitor in the CARE MELTON EXPO 2025In order to confirm your participation please:
1. Complete the application emailed directly to you and email back to Jodie Walker
2. Make payment of your exhibitor fee ($167 including GST) via the Trybooking link manually enter all details
3. Email your agency's Public Liability Insurance Policy to Jodie Walker. This must be completed by the 15th of September
In the event that your organization cancels less than seven days prior to the Expo, or is unable to staff the exhibit entirely between 10 am and 2 pm, a fee of $359 (including GST) will be invoiced to the registered organization.
Applications close strictly at 5 pm on Monday 15th September 2025
