The Ellipse in Still Life with Collage

Have you always wanted to improve your ellipses? Well, this is the workshop for you!We will learn how to create accurate ellipses - without those pesky corners - as part of a simple still Life that you will create.
We will also revise our understanding of aesthetic composition, which you will create with the objects you bring along to this workshop.
Then, if you choose, you can add a plain or patterned collage background from painted newsprint, wrapping paper, magazines, wallpaper offcuts, textiles etc, that you've brought along &/or I've provided.
So, please bring your favourite art media, sketchbook, object/s that have ellipse/s, and 2 or 3 other objects, such as fruit, veg &/or ornaments, to create your own uniquely quirky still life!
I'll provide photocopied notes on ellipses & composition, an A4 sheet of quality Heritage Watercolor paper to do you final Still Life on, coloured & wrapping paper offcuts, magazines, scissors & Aquadere glue.
Cost is $35 for 3 hours
