In this powerful and practical course, you'll discover why mobility must come before strength and how releasing tightness can immediately improve plié, fondu, and ability to full pointe and utilize your highest 3/4 pointe.Explore the incredible design of your arches—your body’s natural springs—and learn how to activate them to act like the shank of a pointe shoe, supporting both power and elegance. We’ll dive into the 3D point of the foot, showing you how to achieve that sculpted, lengthened look through full-body integration, avoiding toe gripping and crunching toes.
