Join international retreat leader Mark Burrows in this Quiet Day, "Finding Wholeness in the Midst of Everything with Julian of Norwich".Hosted by Benedictus Contemplative Church and Australian Network of Spiritual Directors, explore what Julian described as the ‘marvelous melody of endless love.’ We long to experience the resonance of this love in the depths of our lives, an energy that grounds our hearts and lifts our souls. For this love gathers us in communion and holds us everlastingly. It reminds us, as Julian put it, that despite the turbulence in this world and troubles we face, ‘all shall be well. . .and all manner of thing shall be well.’
Mark Burrows has worked extensively on Julian of Norwich and regularly offers retreats and lectures on her work. Mystics and poets, artists
and prophets have been his companions of the heart and mind and remain the foundation of his retreat work. He is a member of the Iona Community and a lay oblate at Glastonbury Abbey, Boston.
