Tom Shephard managed stations around Australia for 20 years, and since 2017 has been dedicated to educating people about handling livestock safely and efficiently. NQ Dry Tropics is thrilled to partner with Tom to offer this two-day workshop, where we will cover topics such as economic and environmental impacts of poor handling, cattle flight and pressure zones, point of balance, stress in animals, and so much more!Bowen River Rodeo Grounds have kindly allowed camping and use of their amenities over both days. All meals will be provided by NQ Dry Tropics.
