Rackley Logan North Skills Clinic | September 2025
The skills sessions will cover development of stroke technique, starting skills, turning skills and racing skills.
The aim is to give the swimmers an in-depth look into each stroke and a better understanding of the strokes.
This will give the swimmers more tools to take back into their normal training routine to develop their stroke techniques.
Day 1
Dry Land activation followed by a 1hr+ Butterfly skills session
Morning Tea
1hr+ Backstroke skills session, then finish with fun pool games
Day 2
Dry Land activation followed by a 1hr+ breaststroke skills session
Morning Tea
1hr fs skills session and finish off with some games
Dates: 22nd and 24th September
Time: 8am - 11:30am
Location: Logan North Aquatic Centre
Suitability: Mini Squad, Junior Squad, Bronze Squad
Cost: $30 per session
Equipment: All swimmers will need goggles, swim cap, fins and a kickboard. Appropriate squad swimwear and no sun suits or rash shirts
