Healthstin Delivers HEAL Program in Oran Park

Healthstin is proud to bring the Healthy Eating Active Lifestyle (HEAL) Program to the Oran Park community—empowering residents to eat well, move more, and make lasting health changes.HEAL is a government-funded, evidence-based initiative designed to help adults improve nutrition, increase physical activity, and build sustainable habits. Over 8 weeks, participants attend weekly group sessions featuring 1 hour of lifestyle education, 1 hour of supervised exercise, personalized fitness assessments, one-on-one consultations, and ongoing support at 5 and 12 months. GP check-ins ensure coordinated care. Funded under the PHN Program, HEAL is free for eligible participants. Sessions for 2025 will be held at the Oran Park Leisure Centre.
