MLC will soon welcome well-known speaker, parenting psychologist and co-host of the TV show Parental Guidance Dr Justin Coulson to MLC for a two-day visit in support of our Health and Wellbeing programs. During this visit, staff will hear from Dr Coulson on strategies to understand and address perfectionism in students, fostering a growth mindset and supporting students to develop resilience. He will also present directly to Years 7-10 students about overcoming self-doubt, embracing their true selves, and navigating the challenges of adolescence with confidence.As part of this visit, we are pleased to provide Years 7-10 parents/guardians with an opportunity to hear from Dr Coulson at a seminar providing insights to help you connect with your teenage daughter and support her through this challenging and amazing stage of life.
The session will not be broadcast or recorded. Seats are limited. Bookings open to parents/guardians of Years 7 to 10 students.
