Equip yourself or your team with the practical skills and confidence to support someone experiencing a mental health problem or crisis.Delivered over two days, this nationally recognised Mental Health First Aid course is facilitated by an accredited instructor and designed for all adults, whether in the workplace or community.
All participants will receive an official MHFA manual and, upon completion, the opportunity to become an accredited Mental Health First Aider.
