It is a short workshop to co-define and deepen understanding of the shared values that guide Deepavali Tasmania Inc, ensuring they are lived in how the committee and board work together.Everyone loves Deepavali (or Diwali) festival, and other activities of Deepavali Tasmania. The values of the cultural festival is equally important as the festivities, peformances, colour, and food of the festival event. The sessions are for the volunteers and officials to become mindful of the Values we hold as an organisation. And if we hold the values of the culture (or the organisation), it will guide us always, includimng our personal and professional life. The session is an opportunity to explore more.
