Friends of KPS - Trivia Night 2025

6.00PM FOR A 6.30PM START - UNTIL 12AM

STANDARD TABLE TICKET

• 8 x Seats for $240 ($30 per person)

VIP TABLE TICKET

• 8 x Seats at an upfront table
• 4 x Pizza’s (Plain or GF base)
• 2 x Bottles of Prosecco/Wine
• 10 x Drink tickets (Beer/Wine/Spirits)
• = $450 per table including alcohol ($470 value)

INDIVIDUAL TICKETS

• $30 per ticket
• There will be 2 x singles / doubles tables
• All individual ticket purchasers will be sat together, so if you don't have enough people to purchase a full table; please choose this option and you will sit with some new friends on the night!

FOOD & DRINKS TICKETS

• $20 pre-order Pizza from Dough Traders, which will be delivered to all tables on the night
  • Margherita, Pepperoni, BBQ Chicken, Vegetarian
  • GF bases available
  • Pre-order only – not available to purchase on the night
• $25/$35 Bottles of Wine (Sparkling, Prosecco, White, Red) (+$5 on the night)
• $10 Beer/Drink tickets
  • Good for: 1 x Beer 500ml cup, 1 x Gin/Vodka + mixer, 1 x Wine, 1 x Non-alco Beer/Wine
• Soft drinks & snacks available to purchase on the night

OTHER IMPORTANT EVENT INFORMATION

YOU MUST PRE-PURCHASE ENTRY TICKETS – NO ENTRY SALES ON THE NIGHT!

BAR VOLUNTEER ALLOCATION

• This year to make it fair for all trivia attendees, each trivia table will need to provide 2 x bar volunteers on the night, for a 30min bar volunteer session each.
• All table purchasers will be contacted the week prior for their 2 x bar volunteer names
• A bar shift timetable will also be on your table on arrival - please head to the bar for your allocated shift on the night.

STRICTLY NO BYO ALCOHOL!! BYO Drinking Glasses & Tableware only

• We are trying to make this event waste-free. Please BYO glasses & plates & napkins for pizza!
• You are welcome to bring your own cheese boards / snacks / dinner, but the pizza's are pretty delicious and will help raise even more funds for FOKPS.
• Strictly no BYO alcohol. We will have plenty of beer, wine, and spirits available for purchase on the night (but its cheaper to pre-purchase bottles here)

DRESS UP - WESTERN / COWBOY / COWGIRL THEME 

• There will be a best-dressed prize!
• We will also have a photo booth set up, and you will be able to view all the photos via a link after the event.

SILENT AUCTION

• As well as prizes for the winning trivia table & best-dressed, we will have lots of fabulous donated prizes up for silent auction.
