About
Unlock full-body deep relaxation in our immersive sound bath with two practitioners positioned on either side of the room. Receive oracle cards on arrival, then set an intention around our central theme.Choose to float cocooned in an aerial hammock or spread out freely on a yoga mat.
Cher & Cecilia will guide you on a sound journey experiencing the tranquil sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, gentle drumming, gong & Cher’s voice, guiding you into stillness. This transformative session is ideal for relieving stress and restoring inner balance.

What to bring:
- blanket & layers to make yourself cozy (it will get cold)
- warm socks/slippers, you will be taking your shoes off
