competitions, and award ceremonies to celebrate Chinese language students in South Australia. To
promote these activities, CLTASA may share photos, videos, or student artwork through printed
materials, websites, and social media (e.g. Facebook, YouTube, WeChat, Weibo).
We ask participating teachers to communicate with their schools, students, and parents about
media consent. Unless CLTASA is notified in writing before the event, all student participants will be
assumed to have given permission for their images or work to be used for promotional purposes.
If a parent does not give consent, please inform CLTASA in writing so we can make arrangements to
exclude that student from photos or video recordings.
