Join expert Chef Peta Evans for an immersive and hands-on afternoon exploring the fresh, vibrant, and aromatic flavors of Vietnamese cuisine. This workshop is perfect for food lovers of all skill levels who want to learn new recipes and techniques in a fun, social environment.Throughout this workshop you''ll learn: The art of balancing traditional Vietnamese flavors, roll perfect rice paper rolls, vegetarian sour soup with rice noodles, lemon grass turmeric tofu, vegetarian pancake and finishing with Baklava (not Vietnamese but a nice finisher)
You'll take home a printed recipe pack to recreate dishes, rice paper rolls and all of the new skills, confidence to give it a go. At the end of the workshop participants will enjoy the dishes prepared throughout the workshop, while reflecting on the flavors and techniques that you've explored.
