'When the Wind Blew' is a heartwarming musical set in the Australian bush.The story centres around Hazel, a young sugar glider paralysed by the fear of her first glide. When a powerful storm tears her from the safety of her tree and separates her from her family, Hazel must find the courage to navigate the unknown and make her way home.
Featuring a cast of 40 adults and children, accompanied by a live orchestra, this beautiful story by Paula-Mary Camilleri and Eli J Ball offers a family-friendly experience enriched with sophisticated themes of grief, change, adversity, and resilience. This Australian premiere, produced by the team at Shine Performing Arts Academy, features some of Brisbane's finest performers.
