Eastern Melbourne Primary Health Network (EMPHN) invites community members from the east and north east of Melbourne to a workshop to help us shape the future of healthcare services in the eastern Melbourne region.We are committed to hearing from the communities that access primary health care, as consumers are at the centre of EMPHN’s future directions.
Your lived experience, insights, and feedback are essential to shaping services that are accessible, effective, and responsive to real community needs. Through this consultation, you can help guide how services are designed, delivered, and improved - ensuring that care meets your needs, is affordable, timely and appropriate.
We are running three separate sessions on Wednesday 3rd September and invite you to attend one. Note: Registration is limited to one session per attendee.
