About
This is an invitation to all dads, grandpas, uncles and carers who want to read more with their kids. Come along for a session of finding out about great books to share and practical ways to engage in reading with your kids.Recent studies show that men, in particular, are reading less and children are being read to less. In this session, Erin will share a range of books that make great read alouds, books for tandem reading and discussion and practical ways you can engage in reading with your children.
The session will also feature author, and dad, Adrian Beck. Adrian will talk about his own books and the ways that he encourages reading with his own children and his readers.
We will focus on books for a range of readers from age 6 to 13.
