Please complete this booking form to have your child/ren's photos taken during photo week Monday 25th - Friday 29th August (The actual mornings I attend will be dependant on bookings). I will be taking photos each morning from approx 9am till lunchtime - actual times will be confirmed when all bookings are finalised. I aim to take a mix of candid and posed photos and sibling photos will be taken where applicable.Only one booking is required per family, but please include the details of all your children.
There is a $25 booking, which is redeemable against your order.
