Join us for an inspiring afternoon of networking and empowerment at the Lake Macquarie Women in Business Network's September Luncheon.We’re excited to welcome keynote speaker Kate, a passionate mental health advocate from Newcastle. Drawing on her experience with Bipolar II and the loss of a loved one to suicide, Kate brings a powerful message of resilience, hope, and the importance of open conversations. Through her work with the Lake Macquarie & Newcastle Suicide Prevention Network and Evolve Mental Health & Wellbeing Hub, she supports others with compassion and purpose.
In 2025, Kate will also be dancing in Stars of Newcastle to raise funds for cancer support, further demonstrating her dedication to community causes.
