Get offline and embrace deep rest in the slowness of winter.Yoga Nidra is often described as Yogic Sleep, where we engage in somatic meditation in stillness. We bring attention to different parts of our body, to find balance and infuse intention into every part of our being.
This meditation is done lying down, usually in shivasana (death pose). It is recommended to bring a blanket and yoga mat (some can be provided on request).
Duration: 60 minutes
Tea served afterwards.
