Join our Better Sleep Workshop and learn ways to improve your sleep. Research by Deakin University found that this workshop significantly reduces symptoms of insomnia –which impacts up to 60% of Australians.Improving sleep quality can increase engagement, wellbeing, and productivity.
This is a wellbeing workshop suitable for people over 16 years of age and is delivered by Each Sleep Psychologists Henrique Salles and Erin Oldenhof.
After this workshop you will:
1) Understand the science of sleep
2) Identify factors contributing to your own sleep difficulties
3) Learn evidence-based strategies to start improving your sleep
